Job Description
Mold Setup
Install, mount, and remove molds on the injection molding machine while ensuring the clamping and cooling systems are properly installed and functioning.
Machine Parameter Setting
Set and adjust the machine's main operating parameters in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Trial Run
Perform initial trial runs after mold setup to ensure products are free from defects such as short shots, flash, and warpage.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Carry out preventive maintenance on machines and molds, and troubleshoot technical issues or product defects during the production process.
Requirements
Minimum High School or Vocational High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar position within the Injection Molding industry.
Good understanding of the Injection Molding process, machine parameter settings, and mold maintenance.
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Able to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
Willing to work shifts.
